Terms of Service

1. Bookings and Payments
A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Retainers are non-refundable except in circumstances approved by us on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require full payment.
3. Hire Items and Damage
All hired props must be returned in original condition. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage and may be invoiced for replacement or repair costs.
4. Outdoor Installations
We do not recommend placing balloons or props in direct sunlight or extreme heat. Colour fading or damage caused by weather is not our responsibility.
5. Safety and Setup
Clients must ensure sufficient space and safe access for setup. Children should be supervised around props and balloon structures.
6. Photography and Marketing
We may photograph completed installations for our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of hire items or decorations after setup is complete, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
